Shipping Policy

 

At present we aim to create your order within 5-10 days from date purchased, before shipping to your home.

Traking number will be provided with your order.

Each product highlights an estimated time to manufacture your item, dispatch and delivery estimates before placing item within the basket.

Please note the delivery chart dates on each product page to give you an indication of when this should arrive. If you order is of urgency, please email hello@madebykacey.com and we will look to see where we can accommodate. 

Unfortunately, shipping company timelines are out of our hands, however we will do our best to keep you updated. We will look to provide shipping with tracking numbers on all orders.

If you do have any special requests or urgent timelines, please do not hesitate to contact us, we would love to help as best we can.

Placing An Order

Orders are placed within a schedule for items to be made from our Home Studio.

2 Working Days

Production

Depending on the schedule and the number of items, they will begin production.

Estimated Days: 4-6 days

Inspection & Packaging

All items will be inspected and hand packed carefully to ensure it's safety arrival.

Estimated Days: 2-4 days

Dispatched

Where possible items will be sent next day. This will be solely dependant on the shipping courier.

We aim to send as efficiently and further delays may fall in the hands of the courier, but we will do our best to assist with this.

Tracking number will be provided.

Arrival

Please ensure all items have arrived. Should their be an queries please follow the below Returns Policy.

Returns Policy


Non-returnable items. As we make all of our products to custom order, we hope you can appreciate that we will not be able to offer any refunds. Please get in touch at hello@madebykacey.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

In the unfortunate circumstance your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of arrival at hello@madebykacey.com so we may evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. All items are made in our Home Studio, Nottingham, which are carefully inspected and then packaged. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period. As we make all of our products to custom order, we hope you can appreciate that we will not be able to offer any refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
